When SESAM Container AB (“SESAM Container”) has referred to Orgalime S 2012 in a quotation or other type of offer or in an order confirmation, Orgalime S 2012 and this supplement shall apply to the resulting contract between SESAM Container and the buyer; If the Buyer refers to other conditions in the Buyer’s earlier or later communication with SESAM Container, these other conditions shall only apply to the extent that SESAM Container expressly accepts these conditions in writing;

The buyer declares that he/she has access to the terms and conditions of Orgalime S 2012;

In case of contradictions or differences between this supplement and Orgalime S 2012, this supplement shall prevail;
